SHIPPING POLICY

All products ship standard. You can expect your package to arrive 7 - 10 business days from date of order. All leather products are made to order. Custom orders may take up to 8 - 10 weeks due to supply chain.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Any questions or concerns with your purchase please contact us with your order number included. Your satisfaction is important to us!

CUSTOMIZED HATS: Customization of your hat including but not limited to the incorrect self head measurement, trimming of brim length, bound edges, pencil rolled brim or specialty shapes, are NOT RETURNABLE.  We will work with you on secondary options.

OUR ERROR: If you receive an incorrect item from your original purchase order, we will work with you to determine the replacement or refund option. If a refund is determined necessary, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition which it was shipped before a refund is issued.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your item is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will be happy to assist you with documentation needed.
